Sadie Duffy, trading as Strive Learning and Development ("we", "us", or "our"), provides Continuing Professional Development (CPD) webinars and face-to-face training courses for paramedics, clinicians, and medical professionals. We collect only the essential personal information required to deliver training and issue valid CPD certificates:
Identity & Professional Details: Full name, job title, specialism, employer/trust, and professional registration number (e.g., HCPC, GMC, or NMC number).
Contact Information: Email address and telephone number (if required for venue/event notifications).
Attendance & Verification Data: Digital join/leave logs for webinars, or physical sign-in registers for face-to-face sessions.
Event Access Requirements: Accessibility/mobility requests or special dietary preferences submitted for in-person events.
Interactive Data: Feedback forms, Q&A submissions, or chat logs.

Consent: Optional opt-in checkbox at registration. You can opt out at any time.
Webinars: Attendees' webcams and microphones remain muted by default. Text questions submitted in public Q&A panels may be read aloud or included in recordings.
Face-to-Face Events: Photos or short video clips may occasionally be taken during live sessions for educational or promotional materials. You will be notified in advance and offered an opt-out option (such as non-photo seating or an opt-out lanyard).
Direct Emailing: Certificates are emailed directly to individual participants. Mass broadcast emails with visible recipient addresses (CC) are strictly prohibited.
Trusted Processors: We share minimal necessary data with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and venue managers operating under formal Data Processing Agreements.
No Sales: Your personal data will never be sold, rented, or passed to third-party marketers.
CPD Records: Certificate issuance logs and records are retained for 3 years from the date of issuance to allow re-issuance or verification during professional audits (e.g., HCPC, GMC, NMC revalidation cycles).
General Event Data: Non-essential registration lists and venue logs are deleted after 12 months.
Security: Data is stored on password-protected, encrypted systems using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access your data, request corrections, or request deletion (where it does not conflict with legal/CPD verification obligations). You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time.
